All of our products (paid or free) can be used for personal or commercial use. Product Delivery

You will receive an invoice by email after we have successfully processed the payment. The confirming email also contains download link(s) of your purchased product. Optionally, you can also download the purchased product by logging into the account created for you during the checkout.

Image Used In Products

Images used in the products are meant to be placeholders only. You need to find your own relevant images to make products your own.

Valaska Studio takes the utmost care to use only copyright free images. It is however the responsibility of the customer if using the same images, even though it is recommended they should not, to ensure that images are copyright free. We do not accept responsibility for any possible copyright infringement in terms of image use.

Right-To-Left Script (RTL)

Valaska Studio´s products do not support RTL (Right-to-Left script).

Support

We provide support except high and medium level customization. Support for all the paid products is available only with an active account/subscription and due to support time period specified in the product detail.

Free products aren’t liable for free support.

The Company sells and distributes all the products “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.

We do not provide support for individual customizations of our products.

Payments And Prices

We use PayPal and Stripe gateways to proceed payments. If you choose to use PayPal or Stripe as the payment gateway to complete and pay for your order, you will provide your credit card number, directly to PayPal or Stripe. PayPal and Stripe’s privacy policies will apply to the information you provide on the PayPal or Stripe website. Our Terms are payment in full upon a digital transaction. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

The Company reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade products without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital products, we reserve the right to not offer a refund once an order is confirmed, product is downloaded/available and return of goods is not possible.

We strongly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the product unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

It is made clear at this point that some knowledge of WordPress and Web-related skills are necessary to fully take advantage of our products and services unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:

• You are within the first 7 days of the purchase of product and you contacted us with product issue;
• No refunds will be granted after the first 7 days of the original purchase whatsoever.

There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

• You change your mind about an item;
• You bought an item by mistake;
• You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item;
• You didn’t get satisfied with an item.

You may not use any of the product in any form when you have requested and received the refund. This will then be deemed a copyright infringement and will be subject to legal action.

By purchasing products from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.

In as much as WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, our products are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress for the product. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the product will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using our products. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.
